Hair Growth Oil Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 oz (60 ml) apricot kernel oil
• 1 oz (30 ml) castor oil
• 15 drops rosemary essential oil

Instructions:

1. In a clean, dark glass bottle, combine the apricot kernel oil and castor oil.
2. Add 15 drops of rosemary essential oil.
3. Secure the cap and shake well to mix the oils thoroughly.

Usage:

1. Shake the bottle before each use.
2. Apply a small amount (about 1/2 to 1 teaspoon) to your scalp and hair.
3. Gently massage the oil into your scalp for 3-5 minutes to stimulate circulation.
4. Leave on for at least 30 minutes or overnight for deeper treatment.
5. Wash out with shampoo, repeating if necessary to remove all oil.
6. Use 1-2 times per week for best results.
